Noor Mukaddam was the daughter of Pakistan’s former Ambassador to South Korea named Shaukat Mukaddam. The 27 years old victim was brutally killed in a house in Islamabad. It’s shocking as the murderer is a friend of her own. Moreover, Kohsar Police Station confirmed that it is Zahir Jaffar who beheaded the young lady.
Incident – The brutal act took place in a house in the F7/4 sector of the capital city Islamabad. Where the victim went to pay a visit to Jaffar. In the house the victim Noor Mukaddam was shot dead by her friend “Zahir Jaffar.” Reports claim that Zahir Jaffer is the son of the leading businessmen of the country. One more person was injured during the brutal incident. Further, after she was shot dead, the murderer slaughtered the victim, police confirmed. Moreover, they mentioned that the murderer was inebriated at that time, he is a drug addict and also has psychological problems.

The question is that if our government implements a law against domestic violence, then everybody stands against it. However, when a woman is brutally murdered they remain quiet?
