Qualification requirements
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Master’s Degree holders will be preferred. Preference will be given to candidates having Master’s degrees.
Experience
- 15 years of overall experience (post qualification) including 5+ years of experience at a comparable position.
- Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability & teamwork skills.

Main Responsibilities
- The selected person will be responsible to develop technical competencies of the risk management groups that would enable them to mitigate risk associated with Bank’s objectives.
- Develop a framework to enable future activity to take place in a consistent & controlled manner to ensure compliance with the management guidelines, policies & laws.
- Effective implementation of a management reporting system covering the content, format, and frequency of information concerning the Bank credit risk position.
- Developing and implementing information assurance strategies to protect against and manage risks related to the use, storage, and transmission of data and information systems.
- Responsible for regular review & updates of the Bank’s risk policy and publish a clear risk management policy covering risk management philosophy and responsibilities.
- Monitor and analyze the overall risk of the Bank and report to the President/CEO and BOD.
- Any other assignment given by the Bank Management.
