Saudi Arabia

They emphasize the necessity of a secure environment for the citizens. The statement also serves as a reminder of the Kingdom’s repeated warnings regarding the perilous situation arising from the ongoing occupation and the denial of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
China
China’s foreign ministry has advised both parties to stay composed, show restraint, and swiftly stop the fight for the protection of civilians & avoid the worst situation.
They emphasized that the key solution to the conflict was to put into action the two-state plan and create an independent State of Palestine.
UN
The United Nations Chief of Human Rights, Volker Turk, has called for an immediate halt to the violence and has made an appeal to the Israil & Philistine, as well as the main countries in the region, to reduce conflicts & prevent further loss of life.
Turk expressed deep concern over reports of Israeli civilians being taken hostage.
Leader of the European Union (EU), Ursula von der Leyen also gave a reaction to Gaza attack. He strongly condemned the attack carried out by Hamas terrorists against Israel. JAPANESE PRIME MINISTER FUMIO KISHIDA

“Indonesia requested that violence should stop immediately to avoid increasing human destruction. They also said that the root of the conflict, namely the occupation of the Palestinian territories by Israel, must be resolved according to the parameters agreed upon by the U.N.”
