Required Qualification for Ministry of Railways Jobs:
- Fresh Graduates with 16 years of education can apply.

- The interested candidates must also have basic knowledge of Pakistan Railways.

Job Description:
- To facilitate at railway stations.
- And to provide detailed deliberations to customer /public.
- To help the general public on railway stations.
- The marketing of walls and stalls of railway stations for revenue generation.
- To attract clients and customers through marketing.
- And Image Building of Pakistan Railways.
- Also, complaints recording and processing.
- Identification of issues faced by passengers as well as coordination with divisional officers to resolve the issues.
- And developing of questionnaire to get feedback daily from passengers. And the internees will also submit this feedback to Headquarters Office on monthly basis.
- However, four interns (two in the morning shift, 08.00 to 16.00 hrs and two in the evening shift, 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs respectively) shall be stationed on mentioned railway stations.
- Any other task can also be assigned.
Tenure of Internship:
The tenure of the internship is six months and non-extendable. So internees shall have no claim in future induction or employment in railways.
