Chad has charges of murdering her wife Tammy. Judiciary also accuse him for her insurance policy fraud. According to the prosecution, Tammy Daybell died in October 2019 during her sleep. She was 49 and her health condition was excellent. Although Chad denied it by saying she had some spiritual issues. He also refused Tammy’s autopsy.
He also maximized Tammy’s life insurance benefits. Chad did one month before Tammy’s death. All the above incidents are indicating murder plan and insurance fraud.

Joseph Ryan was Vallow’s third husband and he died in 2018. His daughter Tylee was the only receiver of her father’s benefits.


Similarly, Lori’s 4th husband Charles died in 2019. Before few months of his death, he wrote emails to his health insurance providers. He told the health insurance department that his wife Lori is trying to hack his account. Charle’s life insurance policy was worth 1 million dollars. After that, Charles removed his wife’s name as the beneficiary of his policy.


After a few months later, Lori’s brother Alexander Cox shot and murdered Charles. Alexander told the police that his brother in law hit him on his head using a baseball bat. Cox further claimed that he shot Charles in self-defence. JJ Vallow was the only son of Charles and his sole beneficiary. After the death of her previous husbands, their children were in Lori’s custody.

Seven years old JJ and sixteen years old Tylee were the only receivers of their fathers’ benefits. However, in September 2019 they were missing. Lori was the one who was receiving the social security checks of children. She received the checks for five months until police departments started the investigation.

In November, after few months of his husband’s death and children’s vanishing, Lori married Chad Daybell. It was also the only month after Tammy’s death when he married Lori. Alexander Cox also mysteriously died after months of killing his brother in law. In January when police started an investigation about the children, the couple fled to Kauai. After one year of JJ and Tylee’s death, investigators found their dead bodies in Chard’s yard. It seems that Alexander Cox was also involve in the kid’s death. That’s because he was the last person pictured together with the kids in the days they went missing. However, Cox also died and the couple is the one who is connected with all the murders.

Police the couple in Hawaii last year. The reason was the disappearance investigation of their kids. However, they claimed not guilty in early investigations. But in the upcoming court appearance judiciary convict them, they can face the death sentence.
