International Day of Conscience is aimed at promoting peace and love throughout the world. It addresses all ages and all groups. The UN states that peace is a positive, dynamic, participatory process connected intrinsically to democracy, justice, and development for all. History/ Origin
The Federation of World Peace and Love (FOWPAL) hosted two virtual events for the celebration of this significant day. It received greetings, warm wishes, and awareness of conscience from various foundations, former heads of state and government as well as international visionary leaders. Even the President of Malta, the Prime Minister of Belgium, the Czech Republic and Ireland; the Minister of Culture of Portugal; and the Secretary-General of OECD. This online event received about 20k views from all over the world. The United Nations declared April 5th as the international day of conscience in July 2019 since then full pals engaged in various events to promote this day and inspire conscience-driven actions. Various virtual events are conducted for conscience awareness.
