First Inning India VS NZ Match
Here go, Ishan Kishan and KLrahul are going to start the India Innings. Trent Boult to bowl. It was a great start from the Boult for just one run in the first over. Tim Southee is the partner to share the new ball, and India was 6/0 after two overs. Boult dismissed the Ishan Kishan and broke for Newzeland.
India had lost their second wicket for 35 runs in 5.5 overs. At the end of the powerplay, India was 35 for 2 in six overs. Oh! BIG Wicket, Rohit Sharma contributed 14 for 14 balls faced with two boundaries, one four and one six. Now India was 41 for 3 in 8 overs. After Half of the inning, India Was 48 for 3.
On the first ball of the eleventh over, Kohli was dismissed by the Kiwi bowler Sodhi. Now India were 54 for four after 11 overs. Here is the reminder that India has not defeated Newzealand since 2003 in ICCTournaments. Furthermore, contributing another boundary now, India was 67/4 after 14 overs. India hard struggled to set on scoreboard 73/5 after 15 overs. After 18.1, India was 94/6 when the Boult dismissed Pandya. India scored 110/7 in 20 overs innings.
Newzealand needed 111 runs to win in 20 overs.
Second Inning India VS NZ Match
Once again welcome back, Martin Guptill and Daryl Mitchell to start in chase. Varun Chakravarthy began to with a new ball. Varun Chakravarthy bowled the first over of his spell by giving five runs. Jasprit Bumrah shared a new ball with Varun Chakravarthy. Bumrah provided a great start by giving one run in his first over.
After two consecutive fours hit by Guptill, Newzealand scored 14/0 in 2.3 overs, and after completing three over, it was 18/0. Bumrah dismissed Guptill after 3.4 over while NewZealand had 24/1. It was successful over bowled by Bumrah by giving ten runs of it, picking a wicket.
At the end of the powerplay, 14 runs were given by Jadeja in a single over, and it led Newzealand to 44/1 in six overs while India at this stage was standing 35/2. After completing eight overs, NZ was 64/1. Newzealand was chasing speedily target, having their 83/1 after ten overs, and Newzealand needed more 28 runs in 60 balls to win this match.
The Newzealand halfway did it. Now Bumrah was again back to attack kiwis. Newzealand 89/1 after 11 overs 94/1 after 12 overs. Newzealand needs 17 more runs to win. A critical wicket was grabbed by Bumrah, dismissing Mitchell missing his fifty.
He snatched the game away from India by contributing the 49 0f 35 with three sixes and 4 fours. Here was 96/2 for Newzealand. After playing 13.4 overs, Newzeland was 102/2. Twelve runs in Pandya over and Newzealand contributed to the 108/2 after 14 overs and need three runs to win. Newzealand won by eight wickets knocking out India.
