Eligibility Criteria for HEC Post-Doctoral Fellowship 2021 Phase III:
- All Pakistani, as well as AJK Nationals, are eligible.
- The age limit is a maximum of 45 years on the closing date.
- PhD degree holders from Higher Education recognized national as well as international universities can apply.
- Moreover, the applicants must not get any post-doctoral fellowship before.
- Also, the candidates must be a regular employees of Public/Private sector HEC recognized university/DAI or Public Sector R&D Organization (Recognized by Pakistan Council of Science & Technology)
- To apply for HEC post-doctoral fellowship, the candidates must also have 5 years of work experience in Pakistan after completion of a foreign PhD.
- Also, the desired candidates have a placement letter in the top 200 QS World Ranking Universities/Research Institutes from a relevant Supervisor.
- The applicants must also have acquired the requisite qualifications on or before the last date.

- Also, applicants have to deposit/online transfer Rs.1000/- as an application processing fee in favour of Director General Finance, HEC in Account No.1742-79001334-01 of Habib Bank Limited.
- The application fee is non-refundable.
