Eid Milad Un Nabi Speeches in English | Speech # 1
Respected Principal, teachers, and my fellows- As you know, we all are assembled here to celebrate Eid Milad Un Nabi. Darkness, ignorance, and hypocrisy were supreme. The drinking of wine was shared. The newly born daughters were buried alive, and the strong governed the weak. Slaves were treated in the wrongest way. And then, to eradicate the darkness and ignorance, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) came to this world. He gave rise to the glory of belief.
He came as ‘Truthful’ to eliminate hypocrisy. The Prophet renovated the honor and dignity of women, the mother, daughter, and sister. He came to save the slaves confronting difficulties and brutalities. With the prophet Muhammad’s birth (PBUH), glares of shine spread across the world, specifically the land of Arabs. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) came as a savior for humanity. He came as a blessing for the people of Arab and the whole world. All the prophets of Allah desired to be followers of Muhammad (PBUH).
We should commemorate the day when Muhammad (PBUH) came to this world with love. We should celebrate happiness but not with fireworks and dissipation. We should not spend money on these things but give to the Masjids. Muslims should offer nafl prayers, say durood, and help the poor. This is the actual teaching of Muhammad (PBUH), the Prophet of Allah Almighty. O Allah, we pray You to guide us to celebrate Eid Milad Un Nabi in a way that leads us to the right path. Ameen!
Eid Milad Un Nabi Speeches in English | Speech # 2
Respected Principal, teachers, and the audience Assalam o Alaikum!
Thank you all for giving me the opportunity to speak about the Eid Milad Un Nabi. One thousand four hundred years ago, our ancestors were living in darkness. They had completely ignored the teachings of Allah and worshipped their idols. They had become extensively brutal; they buried their daughters alive. Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) prompted them about Allah Almighty. He delivered them the Holy Quran sent by Allah Almighty and directed them through his Sunna. The dark ages were renovated into enlightened times. Great personalities like Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique (R.A), Hazrat Farooq (R.A), Hazrat Usman Ghani (R.A), and Hazrat Ali (R.A) became the companions of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Moreover, women got their rights in estate and also obtained the right of witness. Jannah lies under the feet of their mother. Those who would take ethical care of their daughters were promised high status in Jannah. Even minorities received their proper rights. Allah Almighty has made him a source of comfort and happiness for all humanity, from the ‘Beginning’ after the ‘End.’ The glare of Muhammad (peace be upon him) will persist, shining forever. He is a source of help and prosperity for all humanity. According to Wikipedia, throughout the Quran, Muhammad is cited to as “Messenger”, “Messenger of God”, and “Prophet”.
On the day of Eid Milad Un Nabi, Muslims offer nafl prayers. Mosques are brightened, and sweets are distributed. Muslims also fast on the day of the 12th Rabiul Awwal. But instead of lighting the mosques and other fireworks, we must follow his teachings. We should follow his instructions, like not barring the paths and not damaging public reserves. We should arrange the gathering where Islamic scholars convey lectures mainly concentrating on the life, teachings, and great achievements of the Prophet. I believe no Muslim would ever want to do something forbidden by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). May Allah Almighty guide and stab us to the right path. Ameen!
