Aaron Finch is the son of Gary Finch and Sue Finch. He was born in Colac, Victoria, Australia, on 17th November 1986. Finch is known as an aggressive opener batsman around the world. He is a hard-hitting batsman and a finisher as well. Career | Domestic Career

Aaron Finch was elected for the 2006 Under-19 Cricket World Cup because of his excellent performance. He made his First-Class Century in the 2009-2010 seasons against Team Tasmania. He captained Melbourne Renegades in Big Bash League in 2021, and he was named as the League’s player of the year. After two years, he became a member of the Yorkshire County Cricket Club. In 2015, Finch became the 1st player to make 100 runs in the Big Bash League.

Aaron Finch IPL Career

Finch has played for a number of sides in the IPL throughout the years. Rajasthan Royals first purchased him in 2010. The following year, he was gotten by Delhi Daredevils for an amount of 300,000 USD. Two seasons later, he was gotten by Pune Warriors India.

Finch also played for Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians in 2014 and 2015. In 2017, he was purchased for 150,000 USD by Gujarat Lions. Next Year, he was bought by Kings XI Punjab. In 2013, he made 156 runs off 63 balls in a T20I, the highest ever T20I individual runs. He was chosen for the 2015 World Cup side and scored a century in the first match against Team England.

In 2017, Finch was made the stand-in captain of the Australian side for the first One Day International (ODI) against New Zealand in Chappell-Hadlee Trophy and kept captaining the side throughout the series. In 2018, Finch made 172 runs against Zimbabwe, and he broke his previous record of the highest individual T20Is score. With this accomplishment, he also emerged as the first batsman to make150+ runs twice in T20I cricket. Moreover, these were the highest individual runs set by a captain in a T20I inning.

In 2018, Finch made his Test debut against Pakistan. In 2019, he became the captain of his National Team for the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup.
